Environmental Operating Solutions selects distributor for Australia and New Zealand

—Innoflow Technologies to be exclusive distributor for MicroC™ products in New Zealand and Australia —

BOURNE, Mass., April 22, 2009 — Environmental Operating Solutions, Inc. (EOSi) announced today that it had entered into a distribution agreement with Innoflow Technologies whereby Innoflow will be the exclusive distributor of its MicroC™ Premium Carbon Sources in New Zealand and Australia.

EOSi is encountering a rapidly expanding market for its green, nitrogen-reducing chemicals in North America and overseas. President and CEO Eric Stoermer stated, "Nitrogen is increasingly a contaminant of concern in many areas of the world.
